Anxiety
Anxiety is your body’s way of trying to protect you. It’s not a flaw, but a signal asking for care. With advanced training in nervous system regulation and mind-body approaches, I support adults in understanding these cues with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll calm the nervous system, explore what’s beneath the worry, and build practical tools to help you move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional ease.
-
EMDR
EMDR therapy helps people move through painful memories and emotional stuck points in a safe, structured way. With EMDR, I guide you through this process at your pace. Clients often report feeling lighter, clearer, and less reactive. EMDR supports your ability to process trauma and respond to life with greater ease and resilience. Clients often experience results more rapidly than talk therapy alone.
-
Depression
Depression can feel heavy, but it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It’s often a natural response to stress, loss, disconnection, or unresolved pain. In therapy, we explore what your mind and body are trying to express. With the right support, healing is not only possible, it’s expected. Together, we’ll lift the fog, reconnect with meaning, and help you feel more grounded, resilient, and alive.

Trauma Therapy
Trauma therapy doesn’t mean rehashing everything. It means healing deeply. Using Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we access the body’s natural ability to process and release. Clients often discover more clarity, self-trust, and peace. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, this work can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more confidence and inner freedom.

You May be Wondering…
-
Most clients attend weekly 55-minute sessions. The length of therapy depends on your goals, but trauma therapy and EMDR can offer meaningful progress in just a few months.
-
My standard rate is $150 per 55 minute session.
I am an out-of-network Colorado therapist and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Many clients seeking trauma therapy or anxiety counseling appreciate this flexibility because it allows us to focus on your unique goals without the limitations of managed care. Working privately also protects your confidentiality, as no diagnoses are shared with insurance.
-
Therapy helps you understand patterns, process trauma, and reconnect with yourself. With the right therapist and approach, many clients experience more clarity, ease, and emotional relief. I intend to work with closely with you to understand your goals, track progress, and adjust accordingly if needed.
-
During our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, whether you're seeking trauma therapy, anxiety counseling, space for reflection, or something different. We’ll also spend time connecting at your pace. Building trust and rapport is the foundation of effective therapy, and that’s where we’ll begin.
