Structured Therapy That Feels Supportive and Purposeful
Many of my clients want more than a place to talk about their week. They want to understand the patterns contributing to their anxiety and overwhelm and make meaningful changes in their lives.
How I work
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, offer a grounded perspective, and help you notice patterns that may be difficult to see on your own.
Together, we may work on:
• Managing anxiety and overthinking
• Reducing perfectionism and self-criticism
• Setting boundaries with less guilt
• Navigating relationships and life transitions
• Understanding how past experiences affect you today
• Building greater confidence and self-trust
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Depending on your needs, our sessions may include conversation, practical strategies, deeper exploration of long-standing patterns, or trauma-focused work.
I am trained in the follow approaches and and may incorporate:
• EMDR

• Internal Family Systems informed therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Mind-body and nervous system-based approaches
You do not need to know which approach you need before beginning. I will explain what I recommend, answer your questions, and make sure our work remains connected to your goals.
