My Approach
Philosophy
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. You already carry the answers you need, even if they feel out of reach right now. My role isn’t to “fix” you or tell you what to do. Instead, I walk alongside you, offering tools, reflection, and a steady presence as you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
Together, we work toward meaningful changes:
Feeling more connected to yourself
Building healthier, more fulfilling relationships
Gaining clarity about next steps in your life
Moving beyond old patterns that once kept you stuck
Experiencing more calm, ease, and confidence
Methodology
I am a life long learner. I am always looking to build and strengthen the skills I have to help my clients on their journey. I help you gently notice what's happening beneath the surface, and build new ways of relating to yourself, your body, and your life.
My training includes:
Brainspotting Practitioner (Phase 1 & 2)
Internal Family Systems
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Polyvagal Theory
CAMs
Play therapy
What working together will look like
In our early sessions, we’ll set clear goals and move at a pace that feels right for you. We'll check in regularly to make sure therapy stays connected to what matters most to you. You might notice emotions you hadn’t fully seen before. You might reconnect with parts of yourself that have long been waiting for attention. Growth may feel slow at times and that's part of the process. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to begin and I'll be here to support you.
Let’s begin
Therapy is an act of courage and you don’t have to start alone.
